Resource. Empower. Liberate.

We seek to restore dignity and foster secure attachments with incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and high-risk young people through redemptive and restorative relationships that are focused on healing, mercy, mutuality, tenderness, and kinship.

Fully Liberated Youth is committed to meeting quality standards for mentoring that are safe and effective. We strive to follow the nationally recognized best practices, known as the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring™ established by MENTOR, to support quality youth mentoring relationships.

To achieve these standards, Fully Liberated Youth has been awarded the NQMS Gold Partner designation through participation in the National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS), a national continuous quality improvement process for mentoring programs, by:

• Completion of a self-assessment about current quality program practices with alignment of 90% or more of applicable practices

• Participation in an NQMS review meeting facilitated by MENTOR Colorado

• Collaboration with MENTOR Colorado in the development of an Innovation and Improvement (I&I) Plan to promote continuous quality improvement and alignment with evidence-based practices
